How to use it without wasting a week
- Start with one claim category rather than auditing everything at once.
- Log the claim the day you find it, not the day you file it — the date-found column is what makes the follow-up window work.
- Record estimated value even when you are unsure. An approximate figure you can correct beats an empty cell.
- Review open claims weekly. Most of the money lost in reimbursements is lost to claims nobody chased.
The reimbursement rules, eligibility and claim windows are set by Amazon and change. Check the current requirements in Seller Central before filing — this template organizes your work, it does not tell you what qualifies.

Will it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Drive and open it with Sheets. Some conditional formatting may render slightly differently, but the calculations carry over.
Does the template tell me what Amazon owes me?
No. It organizes and tracks claims you identify. Eligibility rules and claim windows are set by Amazon and change — check current requirements in Seller Central.
Can I use it for a client or my own business?
