Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no ticket system, no contact form that goes nowhere, and no autoresponder.
Every message is read by Muhammet Ali Türk, who writes and edits this site. Replies normally go out within two working days.
What to send, and what happens to it
| If you are writing about | Include | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| A wrong figure | The page, the figure, what you believe is correct, and the source | Corrected in place with a dated note and logged publicly on the corrections page, normally within 48 hours |
| A fee or policy change we have missed | The platform announcement or regulation, with a link | Added to the fee and policy log with its date, and any affected guide is revisited |
| An operational question | Enough context to answer usefully | Answered where we can. Where the answer is genuinely useful to other sellers, it may become a guide — you will be asked first |
| Permission to republish | What you want to use and where | Short quotes with attribution and a link need no permission. Anything more, ask |
| Press or a speaking request | Outlet, topic, deadline | Answered directly |
Vendors and agencies
We do not accept sponsored posts, paid placement, link insertions, guest posts, or pre-publication review of anything. Offers of free product access are declined; when software reviews begin, tools will be bought at list price on the plan being reviewed. These are not negotiating positions and a follow-up email will not change them.
What is welcome: a correction to something we have published about your product, with the documentation behind it. That gets the same treatment as any other correction.
What we cannot help with
- Account suspensions, appeals and plan-of-action letters. That needs someone with sight of your account.
- Tax, legal, customs classification and accounting questions. Nothing here is professional advice, and a 10-digit tariff code is not something to take from a website.
- Anything requiring access to your seller account or your data. We will not ask for credentials and you should not send them.
