Who is responsible for your data
FBA Tactics is published by HR Express. The publisher is the data controller for the processing described on this page. Questions, access requests and deletion requests go to contact@fbatactics.com and are answered within thirty days.
What we collect directly
Reading this site requires no account and no personal information. There is no newsletter signup, no registration wall and no download form — the spreadsheet on the resources page is a direct file link with no email step.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below for advertising, or where required by law.
Advertising
This site is funded by display advertising. Advertising is served by third parties, and those third parties process data independently of us.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website and to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

Where consent is the legal basis, it is your consent that permits the processing. Where it is not — server logs kept for security, for example — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website.

This site sets no cookies of its own for tracking. The interactive calculators run entirely in your browser: the numbers you type are never transmitted to us, never stored, and disappear when you close the tab.
Children
This site publishes business and operational information for people running commercial selling accounts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to the address above and it will be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email contact@fbatactics.com.
Because we do not operate accounts, the data we hold about an individual reader is normally limited to server log entries and any correspondence you have sent us. Requests relating to data held by advertising vendors should be directed to those vendors, whose policies are linked above.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the right to complain to their national data protection authority.
